You only need 7 ingredients that you definitely have in your pantry. Make sure to give this recipe a try and I am sure it will become your new favourite!
Feel free to add any toppings you like to your pancakes or even add chocolate vegan chips into the mixture! I also really enjoy pancakes served with fresh fruits like berries which give a slightly sour taste.
I like to top them with honey, maple syrup, lemon – sugar and vegan peanut butter. They can be adjusted according to your likings!
Pancakes are best served right away or you can even prepare the batter in the morning and cook them during the afternoon, but the mixture doesn’t last more than 1 day in the fridge!
