Super easy Tiramisu recipe using just few simple ingredients! It starts off with a layer of coffee soaked lady fingers, then a layer of fluffy cream and topped with cocoa powder for sweetness. It’s very simple and very delicious. Make sure to give this recipe a try!

This trifle is very impressive a perfect for summer. Especially if you love coffee as much as I do then you will fall in love with this. You can make it during a hot week in the summer or for birthdays and when having friends over.

You can decorate it also however you want or make it into different bowls.

This Tiramisu Trifle lasts up to 4 days in the fridge covered with plastic wrap. Its better to make it one day ahead to let the cookies soak the coffee and cream so it will be even more delicious.

Description

Super easy Tiramisu recipe using just few simple ingredients! It starts off with a layer of coffee soaked lady fingers, then a layer of fluffy cream and topped with cocoa powder for sweetness.

Ingredients

Filling

  • 600ml cream
  • 100gr powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 250gr mascarpone cheese

To Assemble

  • Cocoa powder
  • 1 package lady fingers
  • 2 cups brewed coffee

Instructions

  1. Filling: In a big bowl mix the cream, sugar and vanilla until soft peaks for about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Then add in the mascarpone cheese and mix until the cream thickens fully.
  3. Assemble: In a trifle bowl place first one by one your lady fingers soaking them in the brewed coffee. Then place on top a layer of cream and dust some cocoa powder. Repeat the same process three times until you reach the top of the trifle bowl.
  4. To decorate dust some cocoa on top and chill for at least 3 hours before serving.
