These Chocolate Chip Cookies are so Easy to prepare and are so delicious. You only need few simple ingredients you definitely have in your pantry!

 

You need less than 5 minutes to make the dough but the only thing is that you need to chill the dough for at least one hour before rolling and baking.

These Chocolate Chip Cookies are not only super easy to make but they are also very adjustable to your likings.

You can add any kind of chocolate chips (white, milk, dark chocolate chips) you want or even nuts (like hazelnuts, almonds, walnuts), dried fruits etc. to make them unique and more tasty.

These Cookies last up to 5 days at room temperature in an airtight container in a cool and dry spot. You can also freeze the badge in balls and then take out some and bake them for just two minutes longer.

Description

These Chocolate Chip Cookies are so Easy to prepare and are so delicious. You only need few simple ingredients you definitely have in your pantry!

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cups butter, melted
  • 1 cups brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 eggs
  • 1 egg yolks
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cups chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a bowl add in your butter, sugars and mix using a whisk.
  2. Add in your eggs and egg yolks and mix until combined.
  3. Add in your vanilla extract, baking soda, baking flour, salt, flour & chocolate chips.
  4. Mix until fully incorporated.
  5. Chill the dough for at least 1 hour.
  6. Then roll out your cookies (about 1 tbsp each) & place them on a tray lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 8-10 minutes at 175°C.
