About Me!

Hi, thanks for stopping by, my name is Anna Kosti and I am 18 years old. I live in Larnaca, Cyprus, with my family and I am still going to high school. I fell in love with baking since the age of 9! I started with simple recipes to making complicated and fascinating desserts. I am planning to join university next year, overseas, to become a professional pastry chef.

This Cinnamon Apple Cake is one of my favourite cakes as it has that light vanilla flavour and a crunch from the apple pieces. It’s amazing how easy it is to make this cake and how delicious it turns out. Make sure to give this recipe a try and I am sure you will love it!

This cake can be also combined with different types of nuts, maybe raisins or even other type of fruits similar to apples. Apples + Cinnamon though is by far one of my favourite combinations.

Its also very impressive and I am sure whoever tries this will fall in love with it! Dust also some icing sugar on top to make it look even more professional.

This cake can be stored at room temperature for up to 5 days and make sure to cover it with some plastic wrap to stay moist and delicious!!!
