Description

Skillet Brownie is the perfect recipe for whenever you are craving a chocolatey dessert but have less than 10 minutes to make it.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Chocolate chips for top

Instructions

  1. In a microwave safe bowl add your butter and chocolate chips. Melt it in the microwave completely and stir every 30 seconds.
  2. Then add eggs, sugar and vanilla and mix using a whisk until combined.
  3. Add your flour salt, cocoa powder and cinnamon until everything is well incorporated.
  4. Grease using non-stick cooking spray your skillet tin and pour the mixture in.
  5. Bake for 18-20 minutes at 175°C.
  6. Top with chocolate chips and some vanilla ice cream.
