OREO Brownies are super fudgy and delicious. They make the perfect treat throughout the day and not only they are delicious but super easy to make.

These OREO Brownies can be made for parties, gatherings and especially in cases where you have friends over and you want to make something easy and delicious for your guests.

They are fudgy, rich, chocolatey & super simple to make in no time.

If there is any OREO brownies left and you need to store it then either placed them in the fridge for up to 6 days in an airtight container or leave them in a cool spot covered.

You can reheat them in the microwave before serving. Its best to serve with ice cream and whipped cream.

Description

OREO Brownies are super fudgy and delicious. They are fudgy, rich, chocolatey & super simple to make in no time.

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder, sifted
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1/4 cup hazelnut spread (Nutella)
  • 12-15 OREO Cookies

Instructions

  1. In a pot melt your butter fully & set it to the side to cool down.
  2. In a large mixing bowl add in your butter mixture and sugar and mix with a whisk.
  3. Add in your eggs one at a time and mix.
  4. Add in your vanilla and oil.
  5. Add in your flour, cocoa, baking powder, salt & milk. Mix until incorporated.
  6. Add in your nutella and mix using a spatula until a nice thick mixture is formed.
  7. Line with parchment a 7-inches square tin and grease it.
  8. Place oreos on the bottom of the tin and pour the mixture on top.
  9. You can also add oreo pieces on top to make them even more delicious.
  10. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 175°C.
  11. Let them cool completely before cutting!
