Description

Summer is getting closer and closer…& these pavlovas are the perfect treat! You only need few simple ingredients to make these and not only they are super delicious but also refreshing.

Ingredients

Pavlovas

  • 4 large egg whites
  • 200gr sugar

Topping

  • 300ml cream
  • 50gr icing sugar

+ Fruits (of your choice)

Instructions

  1. In the bowl of a stand mixer mix your egg whites on high speed until nice and frothy.
  2. When your eggs are frothy start adding your sugar table spoon by tablespoon. Then leave the mixture on high until a nice and glossy meringue is formed.
  3. Scoop out the mixture on a lined baking tray and form your pavlovas. Using a spoon create a hole in the middle to add later the cream.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes at 150°C & then leave them for at least 1 hour to cool inside the oven.
  5. For the topping in a bowl mix the icing sugar and cream until stiff peaks consistency. Then scoop it over your pavlovas and decorate with fresh fruits.
