It is a very flexible recipe as you can decorate them however you like. I chose whipped cream and drizzled kinder bueno spread on top.

They are perfect for multiple occasions like birthday parties, when having friends over and for treats.

They can be stored in the fridge for up to 4 days in an airtight container or covered with plastic wrap.

Description

Super Easy Kinder Bueno Cheesecakes, they start off with a biscuit base, then rich cream cheese filling and topped with whipped cream!

Ingredients

Cookie base:

  • 200gr crushed cookies
  • 100gr melted butter (unsalted)

Filling:

  • 200gr cream
  • 100gr cream cheese
  • 1 cup bueno spread + bueno bar for decor

Instructions

  1. Cookie Base: In a bowl mix the crushed cookies and melted butter until the consistency looks like wet sand.
  2. Prepare a six case muffin tin with paper cases. Divide the cookie mixture evenly in all the cases and press using a cup.
  3. Filling: in a big mixing bowl whip the cream until stiff peaks. Add in the cream cheese and mix!
  4. Add in the bueno spread and mix until fully combined.
  5. Divide the filling among the cases and smooth out on top.
  6. Chill for at least 4 hours.
  7. Remove from the forms and decorate them to your liking!
