About Me!

Hi, thanks for stopping by, my name is Anna Kosti and I am 18 years old. I live in Larnaca, Cyprus, with my family and I am still going to high school. I fell in love with baking since the age of 9! I started with simple recipes to making complicated and fascinating desserts. I am planning to join university next year, overseas, to become a professional pastry chef.

Mini Churro bites are by far one of my favourite desserts! They are crispy outside and soft on the inside, just mouthwatering! This recipe breaks down the process of how to make these churros from scratch and also make a chocolate dipping sauce. Make sure to give this recipe a try!

This churro recipe is very easy to make and I am sure your family and friends will love it! They are so tasty and are perfect for sharing!

You can also make your own dipping sauce like in this case a dark chocolate ganache or even dip them in Nutella. I also enjoy them on their own rolled in sugar and cinnamon.

These Mini Churro Bites have to be served immediately or within the same day because after they will lose their crunchiness.
