Description

Are you looking for something quick and easy to make after a workout or throughout your day? This Microwavable Banana Oats are the answer for you!

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a ramekin/ microwavable container, mash your banana.
  2. Add in the egg and mix until combined.
  3. Add in the milk, baking powder, oats, cinnamon and mix well.
  4. Lastly, sprinkle on top the chocolate chips.
  5. Microwave for 3-4 minutes until it looks cooked on top. Serve immediately!
