It starts off with a layer of cookies dipped in milk, followed by a layer of velvety cream and last but not least nutella! You just repeat this 3 times and voila!!! Just decorate the too with maltesers, chill and serve!

Description

This is the best maltesers ice box you’ve ever tried! Try it now! This ice box can be prepared in under 20 minutes. It starts off with a layer of cookies dipped in milk, followed by a layer of velvety cream and last but not least nutella!

Ingredients

  • 700ml whipping cream
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 700gr Nutella
  • 3 boxes of cookies
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 pkg maltesers

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl add in the cream and vanilla and mix until stiff peak.
  2. Melt Nutella in the microwave.
  3. Take a 40x20cm ice box pyrex and start off by placing a layer of cookies dipped in milk.
  4. Then add a layer of cream (about 1/3rd of the mixture) and smooth it out.
  5. Drizzle melted Nutella on top.
  6. Repeat the same layers 3 times.
  7. Lastly decorate with maltesers & chill for 2 hours before serving.
