TikTok has been the inspiration for so many new recipes including this super delicious Bueno Cookie Pie. I remember the first time I came across this recipe and I was like “I will definitely try this recipe”, & here I am sharing this slightly different recipe with all of you!

Description

Kinder Bueno lover? If yes, then you are going to love this recipe! A very sinful but amazing and totally worth it Kinder Bueno Cookie Pie.

Ingredients

Cookie Dough

  • 200gr Unsalted Butter (room temperature)
  • 225gr Light Brown Sugar
  • 100gr White Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • Egg yolk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 425gr all-purpose Flour
  • 2 tbsp Cornflour
  • 1 1/2 tsp Bicarbonate of Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 400gr dark Chocolate Chips

Filling

  • 700gr Bueno spread
  • 150gr Nutella Spread
  • 8 kinder bars

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl add in your butter and sugars and mix using an electric hand mixer until nice and creamy. (about 3-4 minutes)
  2. Add in your eggs and vanilla and mix.
  3. Lastly, add in your flour, cornflour, baking soda & salt & mix until a dough is formed.
  4. Fold in your chocolate chips using a spatula.
  5. Place a parchment paper on the bottom of a 9-inch spring form tin.
  6. Using your hands add 1/3 of the mixture on the bottom to create the base of your pie.
  7. Then add in 1/3 of the dough to create the sides.
  8. Meanwhile in another bowl mix together your bueno spread and Nutella. Pour it into your tin and spread it evenly. Add in also your kinder bars.
  9. Use the rest of the dough to seal the top of your pie.
  10. Chill your pie before baking for 1 hour & then bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 175°C.
  11. Let it cool completely and serve.
