Description

These fudgy & Gooey Bueno Brownies are so easy to make and so delicious. Make sure to give this recipe a try and I am sure you will love them. You only need few simple ingredients!

Ingredients

  • 200gr dark chocolate
  • 200gr unsalted butter
  • 4 medium eggs
  • 150gr dark brown sugar
  • 100gr caster sugar
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 100gr flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 75gr cocoa powder
  • 4 tbsp Bueno Spread
  • 6 Kinder Bueno bars (cut in pieces)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl melt in the microwave your butter and chocolate and set to the side to cool down.
  2. In another big mixing bowl add in your eggs, brown sugar, white sugar and mix until fluffy. (about 2 minutes)
  3. Then add in your oil, vanilla and mix.
  4. Add in your chocolate and butter mixture and mix until incorporated.
  5. Lastly, add in your flour, salt, cocoa and mix until a thick mixture is formed.
  6. Grease and line with parchment paper a 9 x 13 inches rectangular tin. Pour the mixture in and smooth it out evenly.
  7. Add on top the bueno spread and make swirls using a knife.
  8. Top with small bueno pieces.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 175°C (until a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean).
  10. Let them cool in the pan completely and then chill for 1 hour before cutting.
  11. Cut your brownies in square pieces and serve!
