You can take this banana bread to work, for afternoon snack, late night treat or for any time you like. It’s light and has a cakey texture, but what I love the most about it is the contrast of chocolate chips & the banana.

I mean who doesn’t like this banana-chocolate combo. Also, this banana bread is considered healthy as it uses low fat ingredients and has main ingredient the bananas.

This bread can be made in less than an hour & uses simple ingredients that everyone has in their pantry. I am sure you will impress everyone who will try it.

One of the many goods about this particular banana bread is that it lasts up to one week in an airtight container at room temperature & this will taste as moist on the 7th day as it did in the 1st one!

Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups oat flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 3/4 tsp baking powder
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 cup mashed bananas (about 350gr)
  • 1/2 cup yohurt
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a big bowl add in your bananas, oil, yoghurt & honey. Mix until everything is well incorporated.
  2. Then add in your vanilla extract, salt, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon & oat flour. Mix until fully mixed.
  3. Then fold in the mixture your chocolate chips.
  4. Grease a loaf tin with non-stick cooking spray & poor the mixture in.
  5. Bake the Banana Bread for 35-40 minutes at 175°C (until a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean).
  6. Let it cool down before serving. enjoy!!
