Hi, thanks for stopping by, my name is Anna Kosti and I am 18 years old. I live in Larnaca, Cyprus, with my family and I am still going to high school. I fell in love with baking since the age of 9! These are the best Pancakes you’ve ever tried, you only need a few ingredients and the best thing is that they have a greek yoghurt base. They are healthy and so delicious.

It’s the absolute breakfast, dessert and snack to make in less than 10 minutes. It’s super delicious, simple and so easy to make. You can top these pancakes with anything you want like maple syrup, chocolate, fruits, nuts and anything else you can imagine.

You can top these pancakes with any toppings of your choice, like blueberries, strawberries, bananas, or nuts like almonds, hazelnuts etc. Also, I love having these with maple syrup, chocolate spread or even lotus biscoff spread.

Description

These are the best Pancakes you’ve ever tried, you only need a few ingredients.It’s the absolute snack to make in less than 10 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp greek yoghurt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  1. In a bowl add in the yoghurt, eggs, sugar and vanilla. Mix well.
  2. Add in the flour, baking powder and milk. Mix until incorporated.
  3. Place a pan over medium heat and pour the batter to form the pancakes. Cook the pancakes for 1-2 minutes on each side.
  4. Serve right away!
