It’s crispy on the edges and slightly chewy in the middle. Especially if you add some vanilla ice cream on top, you will make it even more delicious and mouth watering.

I am sure your family and friends will love it! You can also be creative and also decorate it however you want, like using some buttercream, sprinkles etc.

This cookie lasts for about 4-5 days at room temperature in a cool and dry spot in an airtight container or covered in plastic wrap.

Description

This Giant Cookie recipe is so easy to make and just so delicious! It need only few basic ingredients that everyone has in their pantry!

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups all-purpose flour
  • ¾ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (room temperature)
  • ¾ cup light brown sugar
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1½ cups chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a big mixing bowl add in your butter, brown sugar and white sugar. Mix using an electric hand mixer for 2 minutes until creamy.
  2. Add in your egg and vanilla extract and continue mixing until your mixture looks like a paste.
  3. Lastly add in your flour, baking soda and salt and mix until your dough is formed.
  4. Using a spatula fold in your chocolate chips.
  5. Grease with non stick cooking spray a 7-inch round tin and line the bottom with parchment paper.
  6. Place the dough in the tin and smooth out.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes at 175°C.
  8. Leave it to cool completely and decorate it with buttercream and sprinkles.
