Description

Looking for the perfect chocolatey, fudgy and moist dessert? These triple chocolate brownies will do it for you! They are chewy, gooey and super easy to make!

Ingredients

  • 170g unsalted butter melted and slightly cooled
  • 100g light brown sugar
  • 150g sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 tbsp nutella
  • 100g plain flour
  • 30g cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 100g dark chocolate chips
  • 100g white chocolate chips
  • 100g milk chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Heat the oven 175°C fan and line an 8×8″ tin with baking paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter and both sugars with an electric whisk or stand mixer until the sugar has dissolved and no lumps remain.
  3. Add in the 2 eggs and whisk to form stiff peaks. This could take a few minutes depending on the temperature and your equipment.
  4. Whisk in the melted chocolate until just combined.
  5. Place a sieve over the bowl, then pour in the flour, the cocoa powder and the salt.
  6. Sift these into the bowl, then fold them in gently with spatula until just a few streaks of flour remain. Try to keep as much air in the mix as possible.
  7. Fold in all the chocolate chips until evenly distributed and no streaks of flour remain.
  8. Scoop the mix into your prepared baking tin and smooth it out evenly.
  9. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until they no longer wobble.
  10. Let them fully cool in the tray, then refrigerate overnight for best results. Enjoy!
