Hi, thanks for stopping by, my name is Anna Kosti and I am 18 years old. I live in Larnaca, Cyprus, with my family and I am still going to high school. I fell in love with baking since the age of 9! Crêpes can be enjoyed as brunch, breakfast, afternoon snack or dessert. I love making these with kids or my family as it is a nice activity to make all together.

These delicious crepes can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days in an airtight container or covered in plastic wrap. You can place them in the microwave for 30 seconds to come at room temperature and then serve!!

Description

These crepes are delicious and so easy to make. You can enjoy with any filling you want and serve them immediately.

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tbsp butter (+for greasing the pan)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl add your eggs, sugar and milk and mix until combined.
  2. Add salt and flour. Mix well!
  3. Add melted butter and mix until incorporated.
  4. Place a crepe pan on medium heat and grease it using some non stick cooking spray. Let the pan to heat for 2 minutes.
  5. When your pan is nice and hot add 1 ladle of the mixture and move around your pan so the mixture will be evenly thinned out.
  6. Cook for about 1 minute on each side and flip. When your crepe is golden remove from the heat & serve.
