Description

These 4-Ingredient Coconut Peanut Butter Energy Balls are the perfect and quick treat to prepare and enjoy throughout the day!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 cup coconut, shredded

Instructions

  1. In a microwave safe bowl melt together your peanut butter and maple syrup for about 45 seconds.
  2. Mix them using a spatula and then add in your coconut and oats.
  3. Mix well and then roll into balls.
  4. Refrigerate them for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  5. You can also roll them in some shredded coconut to decorate them even more.
