Hi, thanks for stopping by, my name is Anna Kosti and I am 18 years old. I live in Larnaca, Cyprus, with my family and I am still going to high school. I fell in love with baking since the age of 9! These chocolate Chip muffins are absolutely delicious…They are just so easy to make and everyone loves them! They are not only moist and tasty but there is a secret crunch from the chocolate chips in every bite.

They are moist, fluffy and mouth watering… The chocolate chips just melts in your mouth I am sure you will love them!!! Its the absolute treat for kids and adults, as it is the perfect snack throughout your day!!!

There are many other chocolate chips or nuts that you can add in your muffins that will create an even stronger flavour. You can add both white and dark chocolate chips and even some chopped walnuts or hazelnuts.

The only thing you need to do its just follow my directions and your friends and family will love them.

Description

These chocolate Chip muffins are moist, fluffy and mouth watering… The chocolate chips just melts in your mouth I am sure you will love them!!!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup unsalted butter (room temperature)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a big bowl you will add your butter and sugar and mix them using a hand mixer until nice and creamy.
  2. Then add your eggs and mix until incorporated.
  3. Add your milk, vanilla, salt, baking powder and flour. Mix this until everything is well combined.
  4. Lastly add your nuts or chocolate chips to the batter. Fold them into the mixture using a spatula.
  5. Line with paper cases a 12-case muffin tin and divide your batter evenly among the cases (about 2/3 of the way up).
  6. Bake for 20 minutes at 175°C (until a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean).
  7. Let your muffins to cool on a cooling rack and enjoy!
