Hi, thanks for stopping by, my name is Anna Kosti and I am 18 years old. I live in Larnaca, Cyprus, with my family and I am still going to high school. I fell in love with baking since the age of 9! I started with simple recipes to making complicated and fascinating desserts. I am planning to join university next year, overseas, to become a professional pastry chef.

I always been looking for the perfect baked donut recipe that doesn’t require a big mess. Even though I love donuts I always found it hard to fry in the house.

So I needed to come up with a simple and quick recipe that does not need any frying. These crazy delicious baked donuts just solved all my problems. Not only they are chocolatey and fudgy but they are also made in the oven. I mean can you believe that?

Chocolate baked donuts are so much easier than fried ones because you don’t need to make a dough which believe me thats a lot of mess that you are saving. They are also super easy to make and the only thing you need is a Donut tin.

These donuts are perfect for kids and adults too. They can be made anytime you want in less than 30 minutes and the best part is that they don’t require a lot of mess.

Also keep in mind that they can be stored in the fridge or at room temperature in an airtight container for up to 5 days.

These crazy delicious baked donuts just solved all my problems. Not only they are chocolatey and fudgy but they are also made in the oven!


Donut mixture

  • 2/3 cup cocoa
  • 1 3/4 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 1/4 cups light brown sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp vinegar (white)
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil

Chocolate Glaze

  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 4 tbsp milk
  • sprinkles


  1. Donuts batter: In a mixing bowl add your flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cocoa powder. Add in also the brown sugar and chocolate chips mix. Set the dry ingredients to the side.
  2. In another bowl, we will add the wet ingredients, milk, eggs, oil, vanilla, vinegar & mix until combined.
  3. Then pour the wet ingredients into the dry and mix until incorporated. Place your batter in a piping bag to avoid any mess and start piping your donuts. Grease your tin with non-stick cooking spray.
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes at 175°C.
  5. Glaze: Melt in the microwave your chocolate and milk until fully melted.
  6. Dip your donuts into the glaze and decorate with the sprinkles of your choice.
