About Me!

Hi, thanks for stopping by, my name is Anna Kosti and I am 18 years old. I live in Larnaca, Cyprus, with my family and I am still going to high school. I fell in love with baking since the age of 9! I started with simple recipes to making complicated and fascinating desserts. I am planning to join university next year, overseas, to become a professional pastry chef.

Doesn’t everyone love brownies? Especially caramel pecan brownies, which are rich and fudgy. Brownies are my weakness and I think all chocolate lovers, adore brownies. Make sure to give these brownies a try and I am sure they will become your new fav.

These Caramel Pecan Brownies are super delicious, rich and filled with chocolate flavour. There is a perfect balance between the chocolate brownie batter and the caramel. Pecans just add another layer of texture that transform these brownies to another level.

Brownies are one of the all time favourite desserts for most people. Your family and friends will go mad if they try how delicious these brownies are. Not only they have the perfect texture but they also combine caramel and pecans.

Brownies are best served right away with some whipped cream and ice cream on the side. If there are any left then you can store them in an airtight container at room temperature, for about 3 days.
