Description

Did anyone say Fudgy Brownie Cookies? These cookies are the absolute best chocolate treat. They are fudgy, chocolatey and super delicious.

Ingredients

  • 85gr Unsalted Butter
  • 240gr Dark Chocolate
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a Microwave-safe bowl add in the chocolate and butter and melt in the microwave until fully melted. Keep mixing every 30 seconds until fully melted.
  2. In another bowl place the chocolate mixture sugars and eggs and mix well.
  3. Add in also the flour, cocoa, baking powder, salt and vanilla extract. Mix until fully incorporated.
  4. Place the mixture in the fridge for 30 minutes, and cover it with plastic wrap.
  5. Scoop out the cookies on a tray lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes at 175°C.
  7. Let them cool for at least 5 minutes on the tray before serving.
