You can top these with Biscoff lotus spread and then add even crushed or whole cookies on top. Feel free to be creative and add even other steps that you may like, like nutella or white chocolate.

This Biscoff Skillet Cookie lasts needs to be consumed within the same day if there is any left after the first hour.

It will stay fresh and crunchy only if its consumed the same day.

You can also prepare individual desserts for your guests and have them ready in the ramekins or in skillets stored in the fridge and bake before serving. But if the mixture is cold bake 2-3 more minutes.

Description

Easy and delicious Biscoff Skillet Cookie recipe! You can make this recipe in under 20 minutes and I am sure it will become your new fav!

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/8 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/8 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/8 cup sugar
  • 1/8 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips

+ Lotus Biscoff Spread (as much as you like :P )

+ Lotus Biscoff cookies

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl add in your dry ingredients and mix.
  2. Then add in all the wet ingredients and mix until combined.
  3. Lastly add the chocolate chips and pour the mixture into a lightly greased ramekin or in a single skillet pan.
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes at 175°C.
  5. When you take it out of the oven top it with the lotus Biscoff spread and cookie pieces.
  6. Serve right away.
