Its simple, quick and delicious. It’s filled with incredible flavours that wake all the senses of your body. Make sure to give these a try.

Your friends and family will love these banoffee cups as they are super delicious. They start off with a layer of crushed cookies, then they are topped with whipped cream, then a thick layer of dulce de leche and then some bananas. Repeat it and you. are ready to serve!

It’s that simple. You only need a couple of mason jars to make individual desserts for your friends and family.

You can also make a big trifle using more amount of the ingredients to make it even more impressive

These Banoffee cups can be stored in the fridge up to 3 days covered with plastic wrap or  placed in an airtight container. This is only necessary if there are any left.

Description

Are you a banana fan as well? Then this banana and toffee combo its the absolute ideal dessert for you. Its simple, quick and delicious.

Ingredients

  • 200gr cookie crumbs
  • 300gr dulce de leche
  • 300ml whipping cream
  • 3 tbsp icing sugar
  • 2 bananas

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl add in your cream and sugar, mix using an electric hand mixer until stiff peaks consistency.
  2. Take your jars and start by adding a thin layer of cookies crumbs, then add 2tbsp of your cream.
  3. Then add 1 tbsp dulce de leche in each  and cut some banana pieces.
  4. Repeat and finish off by adding whipped cream and a drizzle of dulce de leche.
  5. Feel free to decorate the top however you want like with some banana pieces and cookie crumbs.
  6. Refrigerate for 40 minutes and they are ready to be served.
