About Me!

Hi, thanks for stopping by, my name is Anna Kosti and I am 18 years old. I live in Larnaca, Cyprus, with my family and I am still going to high school. I fell in love with baking since the age of 9! I started with simple recipes to making complicated and fascinating desserts. I am planning to join university next year, overseas, to become a professional pastry chef.

Did someone say Lotus Biscoff??… These truffles are little bites of heaven. Not only they are super delicious but also incredibly easy to prepare! they have a fudgy texture inside with a ream cheese hint and end up with a sweet. flavour from white chocolate.

Believe me if you try these you will never stop making them :)) You can make these at home without any equipment in less than 30 minutes using ONLY 4 INGREDIENTS that you definitely have in your pantry.

Truffles usually aren’t that exciting… but now that these entered the market they took truffles to another level. They are heavenly good and I am sure anyone who tries them they will lick there fingers.

Your family and friends will be super impressed even though they are truffles. You can also make them look even fancier using other decors or drizzling on top more biscoff spread and crushed biscoff cookies.

If there are any truffles left the day after you make them, which I don’t think so… you can store them at a cool spot in your kitchen in an airtight container to stay fresh. You can also have them in the fridge to prevent the chocolate from outside from melting if you live in a hot weather country.
