Kids love ice cream and especially if they can create their own ice cream.

This ice cream stays fresh and delicious up to 4 weeks in the freezer covered with plastic wrap. If there is any left by that time frame…!

Description

There is nothing better than a cold and creamy ice cream like this one. It’s a very simple and delicious recipe that will impress everyone.

Ingredients

Ice-Cream Base

  • 500ml whipped cream
  • 400ml sweet condensed milk

 

#1 Mixed Berries

  • 350gr mixed berries (I used frozen)

 

#2 Cookies & Cream

  • 15 cookies (broken in small pieces)

 

#3 Chocolate & Caramel

  • 4 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 3 tbsp hazelnut spread (I used Nutella)

+ caramel for the top

Instructions

  1. In a bowl add in your cream and sweet condensed milk. Mix using an electric hand mixer until soft peaks consistency.
  2. Add in the ingredients that you like and mix.
  3. Place the mixture in a container and chill it for at least 4 hours or overnight.
