It’s a very easy and delicious frosting to prepare that can be used to decorate plenty of desserts like carrot cake, cupcakes etc. I am sure you will love it once you try it.

You can also colour it using paste colours of your choice to make it even more playful.

You can store it for up to 2 weeks in the fridge in an airtight container or covered with plastic wrap. If you make it form ahead just remove it from the fridge 3-4 hour before using.

Description

This Cream Cheese frosting is so easy to make and so delicious. make sure to try it and decorate your desserts of your choice.

Ingredients

  • 250gr unsalted butter (room temperature)
  • 300gr cream cheese
  • 700gr icing sugar
  • optional (1 tsp vanilla)

Instructions

  1. In a big mixing bowl or in the bowl of the stand mixer adding your butter and cream cheese. Mix until smooth and fully combined for 3 minutes.
  2. Then add in your icing sugar slowly slowly. (If you are adding vanilla add it now)
  3. Then mix for 4 minutes on high speed until smooth.
  4. Serve with the dessert of your choice.
