Of course it is! Follow the steps below and make yours in no time. These 3 ingredient Nutella truffles are to die for. I guess if you are here it means you love NUTELLA as much as I do!!! I just adore anything that has to do with chocolate and especially with Nutella as the desserts get a more hazelnut flavour.

They are so simple, as all you have to do is melt some ingredients in the microwave and just chill that mixture. Then you roll them out and decorate them! As simple as that. How more simple can it get?!

They have the absolute creamy texture and they for sure still the attention. As they are filled with Nutella flavour and taste delicious.

You can also roll these Nutella Truffles in some chopped roasted hazelnuts or even cocoa powder to level them up even more.

Thy last for up to a week in an airtight container at room temperature!

Description

These 3 ingredient chocolate truffles are to die for. I guess if you are here it means you love NUTELLA as much as I do!!!

Ingredients

  • 200gr dark chocolate
  • 1/4 cup cream
  • 1/2 cup nutella or hazelnut praline

+Cover in any way you want (eg. cocoa powder or dip in melted chocolate)

Instructions

  1. In a microwave safe bowl add your cream and chocolate and microwave until completely melted. Keep stirring them every 30 seconds to avoid burning the chocolate.
  2. Then after your chocolate is melted add your nutella and mix until incorporated.
  3. Cover with plastic wrap (touching the surface of the mixture) and and chill for 2-3 hours until firm.
  4. Roll them out of about 1 tbsp each and then decorate them either with some cocoa powder/ chopped hazelnuts or dip them in melted chocolate.
  5. You can store them in the fridge or at room temperature in an airtight container.
