Hi, thanks for stopping by, my name is Anna Kosti and I am 17 years old. I live in Larnaca, Cyprus, with my family and I am still going to high school. I fell in love with baking since the age of 9! Nothing says “weekend” like homemade pancakes for breakfast. This is the Easiest recipe ever that you can make in less than 20 minutes. Making pancake batter from scratch is so simple that you’ll wonder why you never did it before!

You only need 6-Ingredients that you definitely have in your pantry. Thats as simple as flour/ sugar/ baking powder/ eggs/ milk/ oil. Thats all you need!

I like topping my pancakes with Nutella or Biscoff spread to give a strong chocolatey flavour. However many people also like pancakes with berries, maple syrup or lemon and sugar.

It’s on you how you want to decorate your Pancakes or fill them.They are best enjoyed for breakfast or eve for afternoon snack. Kids adore pancakes as they are sweet and delicious!

Pancakes can be more fluffy if you whip the mixture longer as they will retain more and more air which will make the fluffier afterwards when you are going to cook them.

Description

Nothing says “weekend” like homemade pancakes for breakfast. This is the Easiest recipe ever that you can make in less than 20 minutes.

 

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 50gr sugar
  • 250ml milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 40ml oil
  • 20gr Baking Powder
  • 180gr all-purpose flour

+toppings of your choice

Instructions

  1. In a big mixing bowl add your egg and sugar and mix using a hand mix until nice and frothy.
  2. Add your milk, vanilla and oil and mix until incorporated.
  3. Lastly add your flour and baking powder and mix until everything is well combined.
  4. Pour your batter into a squeeze bottle to make it easier to pour and avoid having any mess.
  5. Place a non-stick pan on medium and grease it either with some butter or non-stick cooking spray. Let it heat for 1-2 minutes before pouring the batter.
  6. Start squeezing your bottle in the middle of the pan to create a circular pancake. Then let 1 side of the pancake to bake for about a minute or until you see big bubbles on top. When you see bubbles formed its a sign that you need to flip your pancakes and then let them cook for another 1 minute. Right after your pancakes are cooked remove from the pan.
  7. Decorate and fill your pancakes however you want.
  8. Serve with some whipped cream and ice cream.
